Here's a Terms of Service you can use as your baseline — written to fit a small POD apparel store. Standard practice is to also run Shopify's own auto-generated template alongside this (Settings → Policies → Terms of Service → "Create from template") since it covers some legal boilerplate specific to Shopify's platform that's worth keeping.

Orders & Payment

right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in
cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Made-to-Order Products
All items are printed on demand after you place your order. Because
production begins shortly after checkout, orders cannot be modified or
canceled once production has started. Please review your size, design,
and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs,
or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
